Engineering Graduate Programme

Tīra welds together the largest group of specialty steel and fabrication companies in New Zealand and Australia, creating world-leading stainless steel and specialty alloy solutions. We operate in a diverse range of industries that people need to live and work – including dairy and food, beverage, water, chemical, pharmaceutical, transport and energy.

Working within a progressive engineering business, this Programme will provide you with an opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the business from draughting, project engineering and project management on a 6 – 12 month rotational basis across our NZ Business Units.

Our programme will give you the opportunity to work in different areas and locations of the business, allow you to learn from some of our experienced technical experts on projects based in the workshop and on-site and is a chance to get in there and really learn the in’s and out’s of our business and the engineering industry.

You will be driven, have a high level of initiative & attention to detail and a desire to further your engineering career within our Company. You will be in your final year of study or have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics).
